Weddings
Diamond Valley United celebrates your excitement as you plan your wedding. We are happy that you are considering our church for your marriage ceremony. We joyfully provide pre-marital planning education and conduct wedding ceremonies for any couple legally eligible for marriage in Alberta. Celebrations of Life
When someone we love dies, we are often forced to make many decisions while experiencing shock and emotional pain. Our Minister is available to assist you at the time of death, should you wish for support. Whether you are interested in a celebration of life, service of remembrance, or traditional funeral, we can help. We honour the sacredness of life, and believe every life should be celebrated as a gift from God, who is with us-in life, in death, in life beyond death. Baptisms
Baptism is a symbolic and public act signifying a desire to follow in the Way of Jesus by becoming part of a community of people who serve the unconditional love of God. Diamond Valley United offers baptism to people of all ages. Baptism is the single initiation rite into the community of Christianity. However, baptism is not required to participate. All are welcome in our community. Immersion in water, a source of life, represents the new life received when one chooses to travel a spiritual journey of deepening faith.
